TSHISEKEDI EXPOSED AGAIN: Tshisekedi Offered Bribes To Candidates To Reject Opposition Coalition

Opposition Coalition member Franck Diongo has exposed President Fèlix Tshisekedi’s bribes offered to him as well as other presidential candidates to lure them into rejecting the proposed endorsement of a common candidate to run in the 2023 General Elections.

Diongo revealed that Tshisekedi had offered him money in exchange of his withdrawal from the proposed pact prior to the opposition’s meeting in Pretoria, South Africa.

While the leader of the Mouvement Lumumbiste Progressiste (MLP) party rejected bribe, Diongo reveals that other opposition candidates had given into Tshisekedi’s offer aimed at weakening the his challengers in the upcoming polls.

“The Tshisekedi regime has done everything to ensure that there is not a common Opposition candidate. Even I was approached, but they failed” Diongo said.

“Two opposition leaders met Félix Tshisekedi before the discussions in Pretoria. There are people to whom power has paid.”

Diongo recently joined two other opposition candidates including former Prime Minister Matata Ponyo Mapon and Seth Kikuni in withdrawing from the presidential race to endorse Moïse Katumbi as the common candidate.
