NO TURNING BACK: Pressure Forces DRC Constitutional Court To Stick With The Law; Validates Katumbi’s Candidature

Mounting pressure has forced th Congolese Constitution Court to stick to the law and validate opposition leader Moise Katumbi’s candidature.

There has been calculated schemes to exclude Katumbi using the Congolese parliament, Electoral Commission & finally the Constitution Court, all of which have collapsed.

Katumbi will now go to the polls as the strongest opposition candidate on December 20, 2023.

Katumbi has been assigned presidential candidate number three in the race for top office.
