Human eater Jean Pierre Bemba, acting with President Felix Tshisekedi, have sent soldiers to massacre Katangese as part of their scheme to steal the election.

The world is watching them including Bemba who seems to have learned nothing from his time in jail.

Bemba’s head will soon explode when the International Criminal Court come calling again.
