They came. They saw. They heard. He was on top of things and did not disappoint.

Candidate number 3, Moïse Katumbi, launched his campaign in the Democrat Republic of Congo’s third largest city – Kisangani.

Like he did when he was Governor of Katanga and as a private citizen, the people can rely on his word.

Katumbi promised to construct an ultra modern hospital pointing to the refurbished clinic as an example.

He has pledged to electrify Kisangani and ensure clean drinking water is supplied.

And he will do as pledged. No doubt about as he has a clear record of action.
