Children in Lubumbashi. the country’s second largest city, waylaid a campaign vehicle of President Felix Tshisekedi team declaring their choice in the December 20, 2023 presidential election.

“Moise! Moise! Moise!,” they exclaimed as the campaign vehicle for the head of state announced messages on a megaphone.
