TP Mazembe and Zambian football star Rainford Kalaba has regained full consciousness after being involved in a traffic accident last week in Lusaka province of Zambia.
Latest update issued by the University Teaching Hospital (UTH) in Zambia revealed that Kalaba had regained consciousness and had his first meal on Friday.
“Mr.Kalaba’s condition has greatly improved and stable.
He took his first meal today, his fully conscious and able to talk.
However, the medical team continues to provide close monitoring and care.
We shall continue to update the general public on his condition” a statement by Nzeba Chanda, the UTH Public Relations Officer revealed.
Kalaba (37) was involved in tragic road traffic accident which claimed the life of one last week on Friday near Lusaka.
