SIGNS OF ELECTORAL FRAUD: CENI Fail To Publish Properly Manipulated

From the night CENI president Denis Kadima showed on the giant screen, questions.

Basically, where did they find their graphic designers? This image is supposed to show the votes obtained by each
candidate. But its totally incorrect.

In the bottom left corner, there is a caption that assigns a color to each candidate. For this poster
to make sense, the map of France should be cut into several colors according to the votes obtained by the competitors.

President Felix Tshisekedi having scored 85% not 100%, it’s
illogical, shameful, absurd, unintelligent that the
whole map has one colour.

This is proof that this screen is just an illusion connected to any server and unfortunately Congolese are easily impressed. This is simply a manipulation of poor minds.
