READY TO FIGHT: Katumbi’s Ensemble Pour la Republique Party Set To Discuss Next Steps of Action On Chaotic Elections

Opposition Ensemble Pour la Republique party are set to hold key meetings in the coming week to deliberate the next course of action in relation to the catastrophic and fraudulent 2023 General Elections.

Party president Moïse Katumbi was handed just 18% compare to incumbent Fèlix Tshisekedi’s unreasonable 73% to lose in the presidential race.

Several irregularities characterized the polls with the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) openly publishing the fraud and corruption that had characterized the elections yet contradictively claiming the electoral process was flawless.

Katumbi has since announced his party’s continued effort to fight for democracy and having the will of the Congolese people respected.

“From February 5 to 6, 2024, the leadership of our party ENSEMBLE POUR LA REPUBLIC will meet to make decisions related to the chaotic electoral process” Katumbi announced.

“We are called to fight and resist for the interest of our people. This meeting will be extended to our deputies. One thing is certain, we will continue the fight until the liberation of our Republic.”

Katumbi drew massive crowds on his campaign trail to be pitted as the clear favourite in the presidential race of the 20 December polls that were characterized with all kinds of fraud and irregularities.
