The security situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo has continued to be compromised with President Fèlix Tshisekedi’s having run away from the country to an unknown destination.
Joseé Mbemba, a special and close bodyguard of Tshisekedi, has been found dead on the streets of the capital Kinshasa.
Mbemba’s body was found laying lifeless on the street in the early mornings of Friday, 12 April 2024.
Just like on the whereabouts of Tshisekedi, no official communication on the death of Mbemba has been by government.
Tshisekedi has been absent from the public for the past six days with government having not given any information about his whereabouts.
