While President Felix Tshisekedi was booed when he visited the port city of Matadi, his closest rival Moise Katumbi was embraced by the local population.

It is his 28th stop in the campaign. Not even Tshisekedi has matched Katumbi’s expensive travels to the width of the vast central African nation.
