Ordinarily, the Prime Minister is the second most powerful man in the country. Not in the government of President Felix Tshisekedi.
Apart from being Katangese, Sama Lukonde is also not UDPS and therefore not among the trusted confidants of President Félix Tshisekedi.
Although Lukonde goes around the country preaching the Tshisekedi message like a headless chicken, he is just a figure that make up appearances.
The image captured yesterday represents the true version of events as they prevail under Tshisekedi.
That is why it is as difficult to see Lukonde in the image of yesterday’s interaction with Tshisekedi as it is looking for a needle in a haystack.
All because he is not from the Oriental area.
