JUDICIAL OFFICER ARREST: Magistrate In Trouble For Witnessing Abuse Of An Alleged Adulterous Woman

The General Prosecutor of Matete has issued a search warrant for the arrest of Magistrate Blaise Kabamba for not acting to protect the a woman enduring physical abuse.

The magistrat witnessed the violence against Tabitha Elonga who was accused of cheating on her husband.

The magistrate participated in the physically abusing the lady at the Kinshasa-Kinkole High Court.
