JOURNALISTS SAFETY: Tshisekedi’s Military Brutalize Journalists For Covering Minister’s Land Dispute

Three journalists have been brutalized in Kinshasa by President Felix Tshisekedi’s military for covering events related to a minister.

The journalists were arrested in the Commune of Gombe, on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, by DEMIAP agents.

The trio was in the area to cover a conflict between the Ministry of Urban Planning Pius Mwabilu and a Benoît Tshibangu.

The journalists are Djeef Ngoyi of Radio Okapi, Marie-Louise Mbela of RTNC journalist and his cameraman.
