President Fèlix Tshisekedi may not only be incapable of ruling the country for his incompetencies sake but also for his health condition after failing to complete his speech at a political rally in Boma, Kongo Central Province.
In front of an underwhelming crowd that had come to meet him, Tshisekedi appeared to have been unwell and discontinued his speech.
Tshisekedi quickly offered a seat by his presidential guard and left the rally soon after.
The scene has since raise talk about Tshisekedi’s health condition even as he seeks a second term of office in the 2023 General Elections to be held on 20th December.
