GETTING RID OF TSHISEKEDI: It Is Must Otherwise Congo Will Be In Trouble, Says Nangaa

Former CENI president Corneille Nangaa has come out guns blazing describing President Felix Tshisekedi’s regime as chaotic and a bad omen on the prosperity of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Nangaa, who had announced presidential ambitions but is now in self-imposed exile, says Congo will not survive if Tshisekedi wins a second mandate in December.

He says Congolese must unite to remove Tshisekedi’s regime as it had plunged the country into untold misery.

Nangaa, who was sanctioned by the international community for interfering with the outcome of the 2018 elections which gave birth to the Tshisekedi regime, has emerged as a stern critic of the administration.

He also accused th Tshisekedi regime of resorting to killing political opponents such as Ensemble pour la République spokesperson Chérubin Okende.

Okende was assassinated by suspected state agents assigned by Tshisekedi and his family.

“If we look at the circumstances
which surrounded the death of generals Delphin Kahimbi then Munkutu and Chérubin Okende, it goes without saying that caution was in order,” he said, adding; “considering that, everything
must be done to stop Tshisekedi and his excesses.”

Tshisekedi faces an uphill battle in the December 20 presidential election but is determined to stop all manner of strong opposition especially that which has been mounted by popular Katanga businessman Moise Katumbi.
