After plundering copper Lualaba, President Felix Tshisekedi is working overnight to steal the vote in the December 20, 2023 polls.
DRC lawyer Francis Kalombo, an official of the opposition Ensemble pour la République, held a press conference on Saturday revealing Tshisekedi’s scheme to connive with CENI president Denis Kadima to announce false results.
Kalombo says Tshisekedi is constructing a scaffolding of an electoral cheating made CENI to double polling stations and produce duplicate voters with different addresses and same numbers of voters.
He said in one instance a single center with two polling stations has 16,799 voters.
Kalombo has demanded an explanation from CENI on duplicate numbers.
