With the Inga Dam, a hydropower plant with the potential of powering Africa, located in Matadi, Ensemble pour la République president Moïse Katumbi tells the people of the port city they should not know poverty.

Katumbi has pledged to revive the economy of the port city if elected president of the Democratic Republic of Congo next week.
