The political advisor for the US Ambassador to Kinshasa has visited the Greater Katanga to check on the voter registration process.
So far, the process is on-going with over 15 million managing to secure their voter’s cards countrywide.
The official visited the offices of the opposition Ensemble which is led by former Moise Katumbi.
Katumbi is a front runner in the polls set for December 20, 2023.
Incumbent President Felix Tshisekedi is looking at extending his stay in office but huge frustrations of the population is his hurdle.
