Rising African dictator President Felix Tshisekedi has order police to block opposition leader Moise Katumbi from visiting Kongo Central.

Police mounted a barricade as Katumbi headed to Kongo Central to check on his supporters.

The unpopular Tshisekedi is scared of a strong opposition ahead of the December 20, 2023 presidential and parliamentary elections.

Tshisekedi fears that the popularity of Katumbi will be scamper chances of rigging the elections.
