Opposition Ensemble pour la République chief of cabinet Olivier Kamitatu says President Tshisekedi has destroyed the country and brought it to its lowest moment.
Kamitatu says Tshisekedi promised a better Congo but he has rendered the mineral-rich nation poorer.
“The famous PDL-145 which is the pride of the regime is a clear failure.
“Out of 1,210 schools planned, less than 300 will be delivered.
“Out of 788 health centers, less than 100! Worse, out of 38,000 km of agricultural service road, there’s nothing done!
“Let’s not talk about the other components. Shameful shipwreck!”
