Democratic Republic of Congo President Felix Tshisekedi has not minced his words but heaped blame on Rwanda for invading eastern Congo to commit crimes against humanity using M23 rebels.
Speaking at the 11 Summit of the Regional and Monitoring Framework of the Addis Ababa Agreement, President Tshisekedi told the gathering in Burundi that, “Rwanda, under the cover of the M23 rebels has given itself the freedom to attack and invade part of the North Kivu province.”
President Tshisekedi has vowed that the DRC will never offer itself for any form of negotiations with the Rwandese militia that has killed millions of Congolese.
