Lualaba Province has been hit with a famine amidst shortage of maize in the region with the lack of competent leadership evidently to blame for the crisis.
Governor Fifi Masuka Saini’s inability to lead and provide a lasting solution to problems in the province has been exposed once again.
Since taking over from Richard Muyej who was frustrated and ended up ceding his post earlier this year in January, Fifi Masuka has been constantly criticized for her failure to execute her duties as head of the province competently.
A number of political analysts say Fifi Masuka has remained in her post despite her widely evident failures as she is a novice of Republican President Fèlix Tshisekedi and his hierarchy.
Fifi Masuka’s gross incompetence has been exposed once again by her failure to provide a lasting solution to the shortage of maize in the province.
Sources have revealed, Prime Minister Economy Minister Vital Kamhere has also been left disappointed by Fifi Masuka’s lack of vision to steer the province out of its problems.
