TENSION: Nine Injured In Lubumbashi Clashes Between Ruling Party & Opposition Supporters

Nine people have been injured in clashes over the collection of an illegal parking tax between youths belonging to the ruling party UDPS and the opposition UNAFEC.

Tension is rising in Congo’s second largest city ahead of the December 20 presidential elections.
