At a time when her province is hard hit with the shortage of maize thereby increasing the price of the staple food, Lualaba governor Fifi Masuka’s best investment is some campaign themed flip-flops she is distributing to people in the province.

It clearly reveals how she has run out of ideas with the excessive resources she has been exposed to in the province and now is splashing it on useless material that will not feed the population that is faced with numerous challenges.
Fifi is the most useless woman a country can have for a leader. In addition to prostitution, she is a thief that doesn’t know what to do with the public resources she is pilfering from the Copper rich region.
