After five years of nothing but jetting out to foreign countries for leisurely trips and spending public funds on his reckless lifestyle, Tshisekedi’s failures towards to the country are now starring at him.
On Friday, outgoing president Fèlix Tshisekedi had to pass through foreign land, Burundi, to reach Uvira city of South Kivu Province.
Tshisekedi had to use a foreign route to dodge the deplorable roads leading to the city of Uvira where his government has failed to construct a passable road network.
While he arrived in the disguise of conducting his campaign in the city, Tshisekedi’s main purpose for his trip to Uvira is to inspect his new gold mining project in the area.
Heavy duty equipment have since been transported to Uvira but not for the rehabilitation of the road but to be used at the gold mining procession.
