Over $30 million set aside for the construction of the main road connecting Mbuji Mayi and Kananga has been embezzled with the structure nearly impassable.
The Munkamba Road is a stretch of 190 kilometres that was earmarked for major upgrades but is terrible shape after officials embezzled funds in excess of $30 million.
