PLUNDER OF Over $2.5 BILLION IN KINSHASA; President Tshisekedi & Crew Allegedly Pocket Millions Of Dollars In Under 5 Years

Four years in power, President Felix Tshisekedi has overseen a Democratic Republic of Congo that has degenerated from bad to worse. The country is headed for elections in December this year but there is very little to point to what he has done at the helm.

President Tshisekedi is sitting on grand-scale corruption scandal that has cost the DRC billions of United States dollars. In a country where more than 70 million people are poor and live on less than two dollars a day, its beyond shocking that that huge sums of money could be lost in public related expenditure.

Here is a summary of the more than $2.5 billion President Tshisekedi has lost. There is word on the steet that he may challenge President Tshisekedi in a bid to return to power.

Program Of The First 100 Days – $600 Million (Chief of Staff. Vital Kamerhe was arrested, other projects are unaccounted.

TSHILEJELU – $100 Million for the construction of road connecting Kasai to Kinshasa

145 TERRITORIES – $413 Million Funds for community projects across all the 26 provinces.

TAX RAM – $900 Million (Funds raised from a controversial tax that imposed on airtime on all mobile networks)

HOSTING of the inauguration
CAF African Schools Championship – $400 Million bloated expenses

LOOTING of Covid-19 funds – $300 Million

CONSTRUCTION of the University of Mbuji Mayi (only built slab – foundation block) – $42 Million

LOOTING of Ebola funds – $40 Million

HYDROCARBON/Oil Ministry (exploration of oil) – $15 Million

S.N.E.L (electricity company plunder) – $48 Million

Emoluments Joseph Kabila [salary & allowances) $22 & $44 Million
