MINERAL DRAINING CARTERL: South Sudan’s Salva Kiir Joins Tshisekedi’s Mineral Draining Cartel

South Sudan President Salva Kiir is the latest African leader to join the cartel of DR Congo’s Fèlix Tshisekedi in plundering their respective nation’s natural resources.

President Salva Kiir arrived in the DRC capital Kinshasa on Sunday in the pretexted purpose of holding a consultative meeting with Tshisekedi for an urgent relaunch of the Nairobi and Luanda peace processes.

However, Salva Kiir and Tshisekedi, the main mastermind behind the mineral plundering cartel, are meeting to close another natural resources deal.

While in Kinshasa, Tshisekedi has introduced Salva Kiir to Abu Dhabi-based investor International Resources Holding (IRH) who are interested in South Sudan’s oil concessions.

Tshisekedi has already has also introduced Zambian counterpart Hakainde Hichilema to IRH who have taken over Mopani Copper Mines in the country’s Copperbelt Province.

It is also reported that IRH is currently engaged in a legal dispute with some Congolese firms whose concessions have been illegally taken over by the Tshisekedi regime and handed to IRH in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
