GROUNDED: Katumbi’s Private Jet Banned From Flying To Ivory Coast For AFCON Final

Fraudster President Fèlix Tshisekedi’s has declared the DR Congo as a no flying zone for Moïse Katumbi with the opposition leader blocked from using his private jet to fly out of the country.

Katumbi had been due to fly out of Lubumbashi with his private jet to Ivory Coast where he will attend Saturday’s 2023 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations final in Abidjan.

However, Katumbi’s plane could not be allowed to jet out of Lubumbashi after Tshisekedi ordered the Aviation Authority to cancel his flight permit.

“My private plane prevented from overflying, it is on board a regular that the president that I have just taken off for the Ivory Coast to attend the closing of the CAN2023” Katumbi wrote on X.

Katumbi who will attend the AFCON final at the invitation of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), has since been forced to board a regular flight to Abidjan.
