CENI President Denis Kadima has pledged to hold an inclusive election.
He says, “I would like to remind you again that the CENI will apply the principles of absolute inclusiveness as much as it will depend on the electoral center. No candidate who meets all the conditions required by the laws and regulations in force in our country will will be discarded at the end of this process.”
