TSHISEKEDI’S RIGGING MECHANISM:Illegal Voter Registration Unearthed In Kinshasa

An illegal vote’s card issuing center has been unearthed in Kinshasa.

The centre operating outside the CENI structure is managed by a national deputy candidate for Lukunga (member of the Sacred Union) which is President Felix Tshisekedi’s coalition.

The officials have set up sets an illegal office where they are issueing duplicates of voter cards in place of the CENI.

It is an open-air laboratory, located in the Camp Luka district.
