MOPAO’S TRUTH IRKS FATSHI: Tshisekedi Fires National Television Journalist For Allowing Koffi Olomide to Speak the Truth About Situation in the East

Democratic Republic of Congo’s imposter president Félix Tshisekedi has fired national broadcasting network (RTNC) journalist Jessy Kabasele for allowing legendary musician Koffi Olomide to share his opinion about the ongoing insecurities in the eastern region of the country.

On Tuesday, Kabasele host Koffi Olomide on his show “Le Panier” where the multi-hit music icon criticized the Tshisekedi regime’s complicit and incompetent approach in reaction to the ever deteriorating situation in North Kivu.

Koffi declared that the situation in the east could not be termed as a war but rather a continuous “beating or slapping” of the Congo by the M23 rebels having failed to fight back or defend itself.

“There is no war in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We are beaten and slapped,” declared the great Mopao.

Angered by Koffi’s direct and factual opinion, Tshisekedi ordered Minister of Communications Patrick Muyaya to fire Kabasele with immediate effect.

Kabasele was served with a letter of dismissal signed by RTNC management that has accused him of allowing Koffi Olomide to question the aggression to which the nation is a victim.

Meanwhile, Tshisekedi also accuses Koffi Olomide demoralizing the troops at the war front in the eastern DRC after his sentiments.
