IT’S DO-OR-DIE FOR KAMULETA: Constitutional Court Chief Must Invalidate Katumbi’s Candidacy Or Face Wrath Of The Law, Tshisekedi Has Ordered

Implicated in the case of the assassination of former Transport Minister Cherubin Okende, Constitutional Court President Dieudonné Kamuleta Badibanga finds himself in a precarious situation of no return.

Kamuleta was recently parted of an all-Kasai meeting chaired by an President Fèlix Tshisekedi and his cohorts who discussed the elimination of popular opposition candidate Moïse Katumbi from the presidential race.

Infuriated by the electoral commission CENI’s inability to invalidate Katumbi’s candidature, Tshisekedi ordered for the responsibility to execute the conspiracy to be bestowed upon Kamuleta.

Rendered docile by the terrifying sanctions he would face for his involvement in the murder of Okende, Kamuleta has to deliver to Tshisekedi’s order or face the full wrath of the law.

“Dieudonné Kamuleta cannot allow himself to play Pontius Pilate like Kadima. He knows that the shadow of the sanctions, not lifted which hit one of his former predecessors Benoît Lwamba until his death for obstructing the electoral and democratic process weighs heavily on him” a close source to the presidency revealed.

The source revealed that Kamuleta has been left with no option but subscribe to Tshisekedi’s conspiracy and now awaits petitions from candidates puppeted by the President to contest the eligibility of Katumbi’s national identity documents in order to begin the process to eliminate him from the presidential race.
