DR Congo’s impostor president Félix Tshisekedi’s deviant special advisor Fortunat Biselele alias Bifort had a luxurious party fully funded by the Congolese government thrown for him by his close friend on Sunday.
Bifort, a close friend of Tshisekedi, had this luxurious private party hosted at an expensive location in Kinshasa where Congolese music star Fally Ipupa performed.
Fally Ipupa’s booking fee for a stage performance is reportedly US$250,000 which is said to have also been catered for by the state.
Several high-level government officials and other prominent figures were also in attendance at the party which was crowded with all-manner of beverages and a flock of women.
Bifort who is known for his immoral character and release of adult videos, has been captured dancing alongside Fally Ipupa at the party.
