A police officer assigned to the traffic department in Kinshasa, Fiston Senda Kabeya, has been murdered by Prime Minister Judith Suminwa Tuluka’s group of bandits in her security escort.
Kabeya, a First Class Brigadier in the Congolese National Police (PNC) was flogged before being pulled and dragged to the ground by the Prime Minister’s inhumane chief security escorts.
In full view of the Prime Minister, Kabeya was murdered and his only sin against Suminwa’s bandits was to execute his job accordingly by simply directing the Prime Minister’s motorcade in procession which he instructed to drive in the opposite lane due to the monsters traffic jams in Kinshasa.
The Congolese population has expressed shock and vigorously condemned the inhumane acts perpetrated in the presence of the Prime Minister who is expected to provide motherly love and compassion rather than breed bandits and murders in her security escort.
