After a few months of fractious relations, President Felix Tshisekedi is looking at ways to talk to Rwandan President Paul Kagame.
Therefore, at his request, President Tshisekedi has invited former France president Nicolas Sarkozy for a meeting in Kinshasa.
The African Intelligence revealed that Sarkozy was due in Kinshasa last night for a two day visit.
He was asked to facilitate a dialogue between President Tshisekedi and his Rwandan counterpart Paul Kagame.
Congo and Rwanda are at loggerheads with the former accusing the latter of sponsoring M23 rebels to destabilize the eastern parts of the country.
