The former republican president Joseph Kabila’s Common Front for Congo (FCC) party has warned Félix Tshisekedi and his cohorts over their continued attacks aimed at the former Congolese leader.
On Saturday, the FCC have finally spoken out in the face of the silence of the Honorary President of the Republic on the subject of constitutional revision, which is making headlines.
Through the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Raymond Tshibanda, the political platform that supports the strongman of Kingakati, released a press statement on the day dedicated to the martyrs of the independence of the DRC.
The message sent appears to some to be an implicit response to the Tshisekedi regime over their pressure and worry over the silence of Kabila.
“Those who mistake a man’s silence for passivity and take a lion at rest for dead should think again,” said the former chief of staff of Joseph Kabila on behalf of the FCC.
Since leaving power in 2018, after 18 years at the helm of the country, Joseph Kabila Kabange remains unfathomable.
Until now, he has maintained a communication completely locked on his public ambitions with his discretion worrying his political opponents.
