JAILER PRESIDENT: Tshisekedi Arrests Special Government Official While on Duty in Uganda

Democratic Republic of Congo’s weak leader Félix Tshisekedi yesterday vented the anger and energy that would be better directed against the M23 who have rendered him powerless, on a government representative who had been on an official mission in Kampala, Uganda.

Jean-Bosco Bahala, the National coordinator of the Disarmament, Demobilization, Community Recovery and Stabilization Programme, was yesterday thrown into prison at order of Tshisekedi.

Bahala has been accused of meeting with M23 rebels while in Entebbe, Uganda when in fact he had been overseeing the repatriation of Congolese children released by the LRA rebellion of Uganda.

Sources reveal that Bahala was unfortunate to have been in Uganda and got a hold of information of the planned secret meeting arranged by Tshisekedi’s camp with the M23 rebels to negotiate for peace in the east.

Tshisekedi has since dismissed Bahala and threw into the filthy Makala Central Prison as way of keeping him against exposing the now failed secret meeting with the rebels.
