Political-military movement Congo River Alliance (AFC) leader Corneille Nangaa has sworn to continue the fight to liberate the Democratic Republic of Congo from imposter president Félix Tshisekedi’s dictatorship.
In response to the recent trial opened against him by the Military Court, Nangaa says he and his AFC/M23 movement are not shaken by Tshisekedi’s threat of sanctions.
Nangaa also calls on the DR Congo to join the fight for liberation from Tshisekedi who holds the nation at ransom having gone from rigging the 2023 elections and now leads a government of treachery, tribalism and embezzlement of the country’s resources.
He writes:
CONGOLESE PEOPLE, YOUR HAPPINESS ONLY DEPENDS ON YOURSELF. IT’S TIME TO TAKE OURSELVES ONCE AND FOR ALL.
Neither illegitimate sanctions nor Kafka-style trials will shake us in our noble struggle for national recovery!
1.As Congolese citizens, nothing and nothing will stop us in this noble constitutional struggle for the liberation of the Congolese people on the basis of article 64 of our Constitution. It is our right as Congolese!
2.The AFC will inexorably continue its fight to put the bloodthirsty dictatorship of Mr. TSHILOMBO out of harm’s way against our people.
The whole world is witnessing the electoral mess of 2023, the wild tribalism, the chronic stigmatization of many of us, the staggering embezzlement of public funds and the state crimes and massacres which are causing unprecedented socio-economic degradation and a chaotic humanitarian situation.
3.Those who proclaim sanctions against us with great media coverage, are they not committing the same error as their ancestors who unjustly delivered our first National Hero Patrice Lumumba to death on the basis of the preservation of questionable geopolitical interests?
Does not sanctioning a constitutional revolution correspond to mowing down the hope of an entire bloodless people? Especially since in the DRC, the change advocated by the AFC is becoming a popular demand in village after liberated village, city after free city…
4.A Nation of great democracy whose status as mediator we value in the ongoing crisis between the AFC and the Kinshasa regime through two successive truces, could not, so abruptly, alter its precious international vocation as a promoter of peace and global stability, particularly within its permanence on the UN Security Council through the use of unilateral foreign policy tools decried by the entire Global South which represents the world majority and even its partners Western countries, which have accelerated a damaging global fragmentation between the West and the Rest. It is time to reframe the focus for a peaceful global community;
5.On the other hand, the show trial carried out by the TSHILOMBO regime against members of our organization is a Kafkaian parody worthy of the greatest episodes of Maboke or Nollywood. We salute the courageous and patriotic testimony of our comrade Eric Nkuba today which exposed this judicial deception intended as a simulacrum of justice to divert attention from the recurring military failures and the open embezzlement of billions of Congolese francs! The institutions resulting from the massive electoral fraud of December 2023 are totally and completely illegitimate and illegal.
Any act initiated by the government of Mr. TSHILOMBO does not commit the Congolese people.
