Clueless Haut-Katanga governor Jacques Kyabula finally managed to secure an appointment with President Félix Tshisekedi Monday, April 24.
Kyabula is at a center of a crisis which includes food and insecurity in Congo’s second largest city, Lubumbashi.
He blames the opposition for his failing leadership.
After hold a rally at which he accused those in the opposition as the ones behind the problems of his leadership, Kyabula received a good boy call from the head of state in Kinshasa.
Nothing, however, is expected to come out of the meeting as both Kyabula and Tshisekedi lack creativity and tact to lift the DRC out of its challenges.
