Popular opposition leader Moise Katumbi has urged the Congolese population to go and register as voters so they can contribute to shaping the destiny of the country.
Mr. Katumbi says it is up to those who vote to chose a leader that will make a difference in their life.
According to latest figures, only 15 million Congolese out of over 50 million eligible to vote have enrolled for the election set for December 20, 2023.
Mr. Katumbi is among a field of over five candidates vying to unseat incumbent President Felix Tshisekedi in this year’s polls.
