CHIEF ELECTION FRAUDSTER: CENI Chief Appears Before Kinshasa Court

Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) President Denis Kadima Kazadi has appeared before the Court of Appeals in Kinshasa.

Kazadi was summoned to answer to electoral fraud and malpractice allegations.

Facts of the case presented before the Court are that Kazadi had accepted bribes from a candidate in the National Deputy polls of December, 2023.

The candidate who was unsuccessful in the election has since been claiming for a refund from Kazadi.
