WRATH OF REBELS: M23 Thugs Murder Young Girl For Refusing To Make Love

A young girl has been killed by M23 rebels in Rutshuru after she refused to make love with an M23 thug.

Uwimana Hakiza was found dead and tied up after she allegedly refused to have sex with one of the rebels belonging to the notorious M23 attackers.

Sources in the rebel group revealed the details of the incident that happened on Saturday August 5, 2023.

Hakiza’s body was found in Jamba in the Rutshuru territory, an area under the control of M-23 terrorists.
