Democratic Republic of Congo President Félix Tshisekedi is currently facing serious health complications and has been asked to take a sick leave from presidential duties by his medical specialists.
Currently in Belgium where he is receiving treatment, Tshisekedi has been told by medical specialists he will have to take enough rest in order to save his own life.
He has in the 48 hours had to be transferred to a new hospital in Brussels where he is receiving treatment for a prostate problem.
Meanwhile, sources inside his cabinet have revealed that Tshisekedi has had a difficult time dispatching his duties over the last few weeks.
Reports suggest that Tshisekedi could barely get up to greet people at the last Council of Ministers before he was evacuated to Europe.
