THE PORNSTAR RETURNS: Tshisekedi Set to Re-appoint Bifort as Security Advisor

Fortunat Biselele alias Bifort or now as the Congolese version of Balthazar Ebang Engonga, has once again fallen in the favour of his friend Félix Tshisekedi.

Bifort, former presidential political advisor, is set to return into government after over year since his shameful sextape leak.

Tshisekedi is set to appoint Bifort as his new security advisor replacing Prof. Jean Louis Esambo.

The libidinous Biselele is set to be at the front line of finding a security solution to end the war in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.
