Democratic Republic of Congo imposter president Felix Tshisekedi has declared no one can change his mind insofar as the amendment of the constitution is concerned.
Tshisekedi made the declaration when he visited the country’s second largest city Lubumbashi.
“Those who “manipulate” the people will be arrested and brought to justice,” he said.
