THE BOGUS TSHISEKEDI DIALOGUE: Katumbi Rejects Attempts By Tshisekedi & Ruling Party To Engage Opposition In Fake Dialogue As DRC Slips Into Chaotic Scenes Of Bloodshed

Sensing danger and signs that the Democratic Republic of Congo has become ungovernable, imposter President Fèlix Tshisekedi has sent covert offers to the opposition attempting to trap them into dialogue so he may extend his stay in office beyond 2028.

According to Tshisekedi’s operatives, dialogue would work towards a government of national unity in the hope of averting the spreading crisis.

The ruling party’s initiative has been motivated by the worrying situation in the east of the country, where the Congolese army has failed to contain the advance of the M23.

Emissaries were sent to the main political opponents. To date, only the camps of @MartinFayulu and Nobel Peace Prize winner @DenisMukwege have publicly spoken out in favor of the initiative.

Former President Joseph Kabila and the FCC have stayed clear of the subject especially that he is accused of supporting the M23 rebellion.

Suspcion is rife that Tshisekedi is seeking to trap the opposition by integrating them into a government of national unity, with the aim of weakening it and preparing a possible shift in power at the end of his last mandate scheduled for 2028.

Ensemble pour la République top officials Herve Diakese and Olivier Kamitatu have come out strong rejecting the reports that they’re in for Tshisekedi’s gimmick.

Speaking on behalf of their leader Moise Katumbi, Kamitatu says there can never be genuine dialogue between the two without resolving contentious issues including the stolen election.

“Those who cling to the idea that the late Cherubin Okende ended his life by himself, those who firmly believe in the “guilt” of @Mukebayimike, those who accept without batting an eyelid that the “real cost” of drilling a water well is USD 370,000, and that old Samih Jamal really delivered all his low-cost houses these naive souls can just as well believe that @moise_katumbi is concerned by a so-called round table!

“Nothing could be further from the truth! Whatever one may say – dialogue,. negotiations or round table – these fool’s traps launched by the government have the sole aim of deceiving an opposition some of whose members already seem out of breath,” Kamitatu said in rejecting the proposal.

Ensemble spokesman Diakese says, “A dialogue is not the summation of two monologues: power – opposition, What will be the point of “dialogue” if our comrades in arms remain imprisoned by a regime born of deception? What would be the point of dialogue if no investigation into the death of Cherubin OKENDE has identified the perpetrators and sponsors of this heinous crime? What would be the point of “dialogue” if the perpetrators of the killings in Luilu, Kilwa, Kilobelobe have not been prosecuted? What would be the point of dialogue when the security services, transformed into a political police, kidnap and secretly detain anyone who displeases a regime that no longer hides its dictatorial tendencies? Did not the thirteen parliamentarians say that a dying dictatorship is better than a nascent dictatorship?”
