The Democratic Republic of Congo population in the eastern part of the country have once again been let down by Félix Tshisekedi and his government who have failed to provide hope for their people but only random cheap speeches.
Deputy Prime Minister of Justice Constant Mutamba has told the media that he had arrived in Goma, North Kivu Province on a mission to allegedly capture and arrest Rwandan President Paul Kagame.
Mutamba went on to foolishly call on the defenseless locals who have suffered by the war in the east and longed for protection from the government, to go ahead and hunt and bring the President of Rwanda to him at a price.
“Kagame is a ‘big criminal’ and I came to Goma to have him arrested. Whoever finds him for me will get a reward, the amount of which will be decided according to the conditions of arrest,” a seemingly insane Mutamba said.
The eastern part of the DRC is a scene of several brutal crimes arising from rebellions and external aggressions by the M23 rebels who are allegedly supported by Rwanda soldiers and mainly composed mainly of the Tutsi ethnic group who have been victimized by the Congolese government.
