DR Congo’s main opposition leader has attended US President-elect Donald Trump’s swearing-in ceremony in Washington DC today.
Katumbi was in attendance at the Capital One Arena where Trump was inaugurated as the 47th President of the US.
He had been invited by the new Trump administration to attend the important event alongside former republican president Joseph Kabila.
At the ceremony, Katumbi was also flanked by his closest political ally Salomon Kalonda Della in Washington DC.
While in the US, Katumbi is set to meet several members of the international community to strengthen relations.
Impostor president Félix Tshisekedi was a no-show after he was overlooked by the Trump administration who do intend cooperate with the current archaic and incompetent regime of tribalistic Kasais.
