POISONED JUSTICE: Minister Of Justice Tests Positive For Poisoning After Clashing With Some Judicial Officers

Minister of Justice Constant Mutamba has tested positive for poisoning days after his office was invaded by unknown people who smeared it with an unknown white powder like substance.

Mutamba has been at the center of controversy attempting to implement uncoordinated judicial reforms which has received push back even from magistrates.

The youthful minister appears to please a few but has stepped on the toes of many in the run down and highly corrupt Congolese judicial system administered by imposter president Felix Tshisekedi.

Following the announcement Mutamba had been poisoned, opposition Ensemble pour la République presidential spokesperson Olivier Kamitatu has questioned Tshisekedi’s seriousness in reforming the justice system in the country.

“In the absence of a “poisoned” Minister of Justice whose recovery is hoped to be as rapid as the identification of his mysterious poisoner, and with a vice-minister caught red-handed lying, a burning question arises for all: who is piloting justice in Congo DR?,” Kamitatu asks before adding,

“This is a large sovereign sector plunged into total disrepair. We are witnessing a distressing spectacle where incompetence and lies have come together to expose to the eyes of the world the dilapidated point of our democracy and its corrupt institutions incapable of responding to the needs of peace, security and development of our populations.”

More than 1000 prisoners are feared dead while hundreds of female inmates were rate during a recent prison break at Makala Correctional Facility in Kinshasa in which the government quotes the initial death toll at 129 when its officials first claimed only two died and that no woman was raped.
